How to use the Triana U Tube^®

1. To use the U-tube just plug the ends of the horizontal arm with the stoppers or septa provided in the package.

2. Fill the horizontal arm of the U-tube with your chosen gel.

3. Wait until the gel is set. Then pour the reacting solutions in the vertical arms of the U-tube and plug them with the stoppers of septa. That’s all !!

1. Remove the stoppers or septa of the horizontal arm of the U-tube.

2. Then push the gel through one of the ends of the horizontal arm with the glass stick provided with the package.

3. Pour the gel on a glass dish. The crystals can be easily harvested from the gel by using a needle, a thin brush.
