How to use the Triana U Tube^®

To use the U-tube just plug the ends of the horizontal arm with the stoppers or septa provided in the package. Fill the horizontal arm of the U-tube with your chosen gel. Wait until the gel is set. Then pour the reacting solutions in the vertical arms of the U-tube and plug them with the stoppers of septa. That’s all !!
